Manufacturing defects include:
• Broken chain/link on arrival
• Loose stone or setting
• Incorrect product sent
Not included in manufacturing faults:
• Tarnish or oxidation (natural property of real silver)
• Minor variations in texture, polish, or shape (handmade nature)
• Damage caused after wearing.
Process for Return/Exchange Request
If you want to request a return or exchange:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order through:

2. Share the following:
• Full name
• Order number
• Clear photos & videos of the product
• Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Exchange for Size Issues
• Rings can be exchanged only if they are standard sizes and not custom-made.
